Refund policy

Returns
If you would like to return a product, you must return the product to us within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning your order will not be covered by Clayful Copenhagen. You will be held liable for any damage that may occur in transit so we recommend choosing a delivery option with tracking and trace and insurance included.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in its original condition. Prior to return, kindly request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from info@clayfulcph.com and mark the number clearly on the return shipment.

Order cancellation prior to shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse, you must request this as soon as possible via the cancellation form on our website or directly through your customer account. We always strive to stop the order immediately. Please note that a submitted request does not guarantee cancellation. If the order has already been packed and handed over to the courier, the shipment cannot be stopped. In this case, standard return conditions will apply upon receipt of the package.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you are entitled to a refund. Any used or damaged products that are not reported as a claim will not be refunded. No later than two weeks from the date on which we have received your return, we shall refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (albeit excluding additional delivery costs for transport other than the cheapest standard delivery provided by us).

If you however choose to refund a part of your order, you will be refunded the refunded product’s value. No later than two weeks from the date on which we have received notification of your cancellation of the agreement, we shall refund you the amount for the refunded product. Please note that in this case you will only receive a proportional part of the shipping costs, corresponding to the distribution between the number of items you refunded and the items you’ve kept.

Unless otherwise agreed, we shall refund the amount to the original payment method used. Return payments are not subject to fees. We are entitled to hold back payment until we have received the product unless you can provide us with documentation of having returned the product.
