General Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions set out below apply to purchases made at Clayfulcph.com, owned and operated by Clayful Copenhagen, Emdrup Banke 114, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, Denmark; CVR-no.: 45 30 97 97. Before you make a purchase at Clayfulcph.com, we recommend that you read through our terms and conditions.
In this agreement the company will be referred to as either “Clayful Copenhagen”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”.
Agreement and Acceptance of Terms
Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions conducted at Clayful Copenhagen. Both when you use our website or place an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Please ensure that you read the terms and conditions carefully before completing your order. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us via email or phone.
Ordering
You can place online orders 24 hours a day. We process orders Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Orders made outside this period will be processed the following working day. Select the items you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. Right up to the point of actual ordering, you are able to amend the contents of the shopping basket and can continuously check these as well as product prices. You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer information you enter as an element of a purchase.
When you place an order, we will initially send you an order receipt via e-mail, confirming that we have received your order request. Please note that this receipt does not constitute an order confirmation and that, at that point in time, we shall not be bound by your order. The final agreement between you and Clayful Copenhagen will not be entered into until Clayful Copenhagen forwards an order confirmation via e-mail to confirm that the order is binding. This email serves as your receipt. You will receive a delivery notification via e-mail when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Note that it may take a few hours before the carrier scans your package, and it may take up to 24 hours before you can follow your package via Track & Trace.
To shop at Clayful Copenhagen, you must be at least 18 years old. However, it is still possible to shop with us, if you have obtained your parent's or guardian's consent, and has the legal right to enter into a purchase contract.
Payment and delivery
In the Danish web shop, all prices are stated in DKK. All prices are inclusive of local VAT. An additional shipping cost will be added on all orders below DKK 600.
In other European countries, prices are stated in the currency used in the origin of the country in question. All Prices are inclusive of local VAT. An additional shipping cost will be added on all orders below EURO 100.
All prices are current prices and can change without any prior notification.
The shipping type will have been selected by you at the end of the ordering procedure. The effective price will be stated in the collective order overview prior to your acceptance of the order. Any redelivery owing to your failure to collect your parcel from a collection point or owing to your absence at the agreed delivery time and place will occur at your expense.
Payment of purchases made via the web shop can be made by the following means:

The amount will be reserved when the order is placed but will not be withdrawn until the order is dispatched. The final invoice will be forwarded per e-mail immediately before delivery of the order.
Shopping on our website is completely safe. All credit card information is transmitted securely using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology, which meets high security standards. Your information is sent via a secure connection, ensuring that unauthorized parties cannot access your card details. Only the payment providers are able to read your data, and Clayful Copenhagen does not receive any information about your credit card.
Delivery
Products ordered at Clayful Copenhagen will be delivered to the countries available in the online ordering form. Should you wish for delivery to a country that does not appear in the dropdown menu, please contact us for a possible solution.
All orders are shipped from Denmark.
Our shipping costs, and standard delivery times are listed on our Shipping Policy form, and on the shopping cart page and through checkout.
Parcel Delivery
Delivery times for stocked products vary based on your chosen shipping method, with courier transport typically taking 1-3 working days from the confirmed dispatch date. Deliveries are handled by GLS or PostNord.
If the packaging appears damaged or shows visible signs of defects, you may refuse the delivery and request the driver to return it.
If you discover any damage or defects after unpacking the product, please contact our customer support team at info@clayfulcph.com to resolve the issue. To facilitate verification, please reach out to us no later than five days after receipt of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
Returns
If you would like to return a product, you must return the product to us within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning your order will not be covered by Clayful Copenhagen. You will be held liable for any damage that may occur in transit.
Remember to keep the Track & Trace number of the package because the return is your responsibility. Using Track & Trace, we are also able to see when you delivered the product(s) to the carrier, which must happen within 14 days upon receipt. Please notice that returns are paid by the customer.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in its original condition.
Prior to return, kindly request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from info@clayfulcph.com and mark the number clearly on the return shipment.
Refund Policy
If you regret your purchase, you are entitled to a refund. No later than two weeks from the date on which we have received your return, we shall refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (albeit excluding additional delivery costs for transport other than the cheapest standard delivery provided by us), If our conditions regarding the right of cancellation are met.
If you however choose to refund a part of your order, you will be refunded the refunded product’s value. No later than two weeks from the date on which we have received notification of your cancellation of the agreement, we shall refund you the amount for the refunded product. Please note that in this case you will only receive a proportional part of the shipping costs, corresponding to the distribution between the number of items you refunded and the items you’ve kept.
Unless otherwise agreed, we shall refund the amount to the original payment method used. Return payments are not subject to fees. We are entitled to hold back payment until we have received the product unless you can provide us with documentation of having returned the product.
Important Notice: "Used Goods"
Please be aware that you may forfeit all or part of your purchase amount if the product is impaired due to the following reasons:
- The product has been used.
- The product was damaged while in your possession.
- The product has been handled in a manner beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, quality, and functionality.

Applicable law and venue
Products purchased at Clayfulcph.com are subject to Danish law. Any dispute shall be settled by a Danish court.
Claims and Warranty
You have a 24 months warranty, which means that you can either get a faulty product replaced or a refund, depending on the specific situation. The claim must be justified. The error or fault of the goods must not be caused by an inappropriate use of the product or other injurious behavior. This includes e.g. that the product has been cleaned in a dishwasher, if it was stated it was not designed to.
Before making a claim, you must first contact us by mail info@clayfulcph.com. Most times we can handle the claim via mail and pictures. After your inquiry, you will get additional information about the process for claiming.

Claims and Returns Process
You must submit any claims as soon as possible after discovering the issue. According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, claims should be made within a reasonable period after the error is identified. We recommend making the claim within one month.
If the complaint is deemed valid, we will also reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. However, if the complaint is not justified, you will be responsible for all transportation costs, including the cost of returning the item to you. We are committed to customer satisfaction and encourage you to contact us if you encounter any issues with the goods you have purchased.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in protective packaging, and retain the shipment receipt. You are responsible for the package and goods until they are received by us, so be sure to keep the postal receipt, including freight cost details, as well as any tracking number.
Complaints and Legal Recourse
If we cannot find a solution together, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, at forbrug.dk. Here, you can also read more about the legislation on e-commerce in Denmark.
If you are a resident of an EU country other than Denmark, you can appeal to the EU Commission's online complaint portal.
Errors and Corrections
While we strive to ensure accuracy, mistakes may occasionally occur, such as in stock availability, pricing, or product descriptions. Therefore, we accept your purchase only after payment has been approved and the goods have been dispatched. We also reserve the right to cancel orders for items that are out of stock, as well as to correct any errors related to printing, programming, or typographical mistakes. In the event of an out-of-stock item, we will promptly contact you, and any payments made will be refunded.
Colors and Pictures
All images, sizes, measurements, content, and information provided on the Webstore are approximate and offered 'as is.' While we make every effort to ensure that product details, including sizes and measurements, are as accurate as possible, there may be a small variance of up to 2% in these specifications.
Please be aware that the colors displayed on your screen may vary depending on your monitor settings. As a result, we cannot guarantee that the item will appear exactly as it does online when you receive it.
Privacy and Data Protection
Clayful Copenhagen takes responsibility for all personal information you provide to us. We use this information to evaluate the agreement and process deliveries, manage the customer relationship, pursue outstanding payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with applicable regulations.
Limitation of Liability
Clayful Copenhagen is not liable for any damage to you, except in cases where the company’s liability insurance covers the damage, and the insurer approves the payment. In such instances, Clayful Copenhagen's liability is limited to the maximum amount representing the purchase price of the relevant item(s). Clayful Copenhagen is not liable for consequential damages.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, Clayful Copenhagen is relieved of its obligations. If the force majeure period exceeds two months, both you and Clayful Copenhagen have the right to terminate the agreement without liability for damages. Force majeure refers to circumstances such as strikes, staff illness, transportation disruptions, and import/export bans, whether these occur at Clayful Copenhagen or its suppliers.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content on Clayful Copenhagen, including texts, images, and other materials, is protected by copyright law. Copying or using any content from Clayful Copenhagen is only permitted with prior written consent. Unauthorized use of the content may result in legal action.
